Aujourd’hui, la psychothérapie se présente comme une approche thérapeutique établie pour les problèmes et troubles psychologiques et, en tant que telle, elle fait partie intégrante de notre société et de notre culture (occidentales). C’est non seulement bon et sensé, mais aussi surprenant, puisque le traitement de la souffrance psychologique a une histoire relativement courte telle que nous la comprenons aujourd’hui.

Pour guérir, il faut trois conditions : la conscience, l’action et la persévérance”.
